Actual product might vary slightly in color from its photographs shown on Queenswardrobe. This can be caused by different lightings captured by the photographer or variation with different PC graphic cards and PC monitors.

Those designs with prints, patterns, textures and floral might differ slightly from its photographs shown online when fabrics discontinued and are replaced by new, similar, seasonal fabrics.

Clothing measurements used are in centimeters and shoe measurements are in EU shoe sizes. Clothing measurements are taken with item lying flat (multiply by 2); please allow (+-)1-2 cm allowance in the measurements stated.

Shipping

Queenswardrobe is not responsible for any parcel that are damaged or lost in flight. All parcels are shipped out insured with EMS, a recognized worldwide courier company, which will bear the charges, engaged with any lost parcels.

Return Policy

All products sold on Queenswardrobe go through strict quality check procedure and is guaranteed to deliver only the best, However, in an unlikely event that an item is delivered damaged due to manufacturer fault, We will re-deliver another piece free-of-charge. Also, if items are delivered wrongly, we will also re-deliver the correct order.

Should you want your money back, Queenswardrobe must be informed within 7 days from the day you receive your goods. I will refund the full cost of the item (including shipping cost) but you must cover the cost of shipping it back to me. It is your duty to return the goods in the original packaging and in the same condition as you have received it. Shipping and handling are also at your charge. It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
