1. Request for the returned or exchanged items :

a. Items received within 3 days of the original order shipment date ;

b. Items received unused (original condition without the smell of perfume ), not in damaged or worn condition;

c. Tights, socks and final sale items are not in the range of return or exchange;

2. My return was processed but I wasn't refunded my delivery charge?

Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping or product error.

3. I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund (Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging).
The easiest way for you to return the merchandise, please contact to us.

4. I want to exchange my purchase! What do I do?

Exchange is welcome if you are not satisfied with your merchandise with your purchase within 10 days of purchase. But you need to pay the return shipping fee on your own.

5. How long does it take for me to get a refund?
Once it is received and (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, your credit may take an additional 2-10 business days to reach to your account during the processing time.
